These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TicketEarly website and any related private-beta services made available by DC INNOVATION GROUP LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). For readability, “TicketEarly”, “we”, “us” and “our” may refer to the TicketEarly service operated by DC INNOVATION GROUP LTD.
By accessing or using TicketEarly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DC INNOVATION GROUP LTD is registered in Cyprus (Registration No.: HE 494663). Registered Office: Dragatsaniou, 16, Germasogeia, 4043, Limassol, Cyprus.
2. Private beta
TicketEarly is currently offered in private beta. Features, content, availability, and access may change, be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Private beta access may be granted, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion.
Beta interfaces, examples, and sample information may be illustrative and may not reflect live production data. No production third-party transactional capability should be implied unless expressly stated as authorized and implemented.
3. Description of the service
TicketEarly provides event intelligence, monitoring, pricing information, market signals, analytical tools, and decision-support functionality designed to help users identify, monitor, and evaluate ticket-related opportunities.
TicketEarly is a technology and information platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the future, TicketEarly does not sell tickets, act as a ticket broker, operate as a primary ticketing platform, or complete ticket purchases on your behalf.
4. Your responsibility for purchasing decisions
You remain solely responsible for your own purchasing, resale, pricing, timing, and financial decisions. Information provided through TicketEarly is intended to support review and analysis; it does not replace your own judgement or due diligence.
5. Information accuracy and availability
Information made available through TicketEarly may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrect, or subject to change without notice. Event details, pricing, inventory signals, market indicators, and other data may depend on third-party sources and system limitations.
We do not guarantee that information will be current, complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Analytical signals and decision-support
TicketEarly may present monitoring indicators, analytical signals, scores, estimates, or other outputs to support review and decision-making. These outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Signals, predictions, and analytical scores may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Past observations, sample data, or illustrative outputs do not guarantee future outcomes. Analytical outputs are estimates or indicators, not guarantees.
TicketEarly does not represent that any event will sell out, that any opportunity is guaranteed, that any resale outcome will occur, or that any financial result is risk-free.
7. No guarantees
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TicketEarly makes no guarantee or warranty regarding:
- ticket availability;
- ticket price or price movements;
- successful purchase or checkout completion;
- resale eligibility, resale ability, resale price, or resale demand;
- profit, return on investment, or any financial outcome.
Past or illustrative information does not predict future results.
8. Not professional advice
TicketEarly does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. TicketEarly is not an investment adviser, financial adviser, broker, financial institution, legal adviser, or tax adviser.
Nothing on the service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or resell tickets or to take any specific commercial action. Ticket purchasing or resale should not be treated as a guaranteed investment or guaranteed return opportunity.
9. Not a ticketing platform or transactional capability
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the future, TicketEarly is not a ticketing platform, ticket seller, broker, exchange, or marketplace. Any ticket purchase, queue participation, account registration, payment, or transaction must be completed directly with the relevant third-party ticketing provider or authorised seller under that provider’s own terms and conditions.
During the current private beta, TicketEarly does not automatically buy tickets, reserve tickets, hold tickets, guarantee checkout, bypass queues, or guarantee access to third-party inventory. Any future transactional functionality will only be introduced subject to applicable authorization, agreements, and third-party requirements.
10. Third-party ticketing providers and transactions
Third-party ticketing providers, event organisers, venues, and authorised inventory sources may control inventory, prices, fees, purchase limits, queues, eligibility, availability, checkout, payment, cancellations, refunds, delivery, transfers, and transaction completion under their own terms and policies.
TicketEarly does not control and cannot guarantee third-party systems, policies, outages, anti-bot measures, purchase restrictions, or transaction outcomes.
11. Third-party brands and independence
TicketEarly is an independent event-intelligence and decision-support service.
References to Ticketmaster or any other third-party ticketing provider, platform, event source or service are made solely for descriptive, informational, compatibility or identification purposes where relevant.
Unless expressly stated pursuant to a written agreement with the relevant third party, such references do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, agency, authorization or approval.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names and other intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
TicketEarly does not currently represent itself as an authorized Ticketmaster Partner API distribution partner and does not currently offer production Ticketmaster Partner API ticket reservation or purchasing functionality.
Any future integration with Ticketmaster services will be subject to the applicable authorization, agreement, API terms, technical requirements and branding requirements.
12. Third-party data, content and intellectual property
Third-party event, ticket, pricing, inventory, and platform information may be subject to third-party rights, contractual terms, API terms, licences, and applicable law.
TicketEarly does not claim ownership of third-party event content, ticket inventory, ticketing-platform data, trademarks, logos, or other third-party intellectual property. Third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Access to or use of third-party data or services through or in connection with TicketEarly is subject to applicable permissions, licences, API terms, platform rules, and law. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit third-party data except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant third-party rights holder.
13. Third-party links and services
The service may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
14. TicketEarly intellectual property
The TicketEarly website, software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service.
15. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TicketEarly in any way that:
- violates applicable law or regulation;
- infringes the rights of others;
- attempts to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or its security;
- involves unauthorised access, probing, automated extraction, or other misuse contrary to applicable law, these Terms, or third-party rights;
- interferes with third-party systems or violates third-party platform terms;
- misuses contact channels or submits false, misleading, or abusive information.
You must not use TicketEarly to circumvent ticket purchase limits, bypass queues, bypass CAPTCHAs, defeat anti-bot systems, defeat access controls, obtain unauthorized access, or otherwise interfere with protections imposed by ticketing providers or applicable law.
TicketEarly is not designed or intended to be used as a tool to circumvent third-party controls or protections.
16. Beta service changes
Because TicketEarly is in private beta, we may modify, test, suspend, or discontinue any feature, dataset, interface, or access level at any time. Beta functionality may contain errors or limitations and may not perform as expected in a production environment.
17. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party dependencies, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TicketEarly and its operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the private-beta service, including losses resulting from third-party ticket availability, pricing, purchasing or resale outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.
19. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to TicketEarly, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if continued access is no longer appropriate during private beta. You may stop using the service at any time.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
22. Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer, the courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that may apply in your place of residence.
