3. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or request early access to TicketEarly during the private beta. It applies to information processed through our public website and related communication channels described here.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, ticketing platforms, or services that we do not control. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Personal data we may collect

We aim to collect only personal data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Depending on how you interact with TicketEarly, we may process:

  • Information you provide voluntarily, such as when you email us or request early access, including your name, email address, and the content of your message or request.
  • Basic technical and server data that may be generated automatically when you visit our website through normal web hosting operations, such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring page, and date/time of access.

We do not currently require you to create a user account on the public website to view general information about TicketEarly.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Based on the current implementation of our public website, we do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, marketing platforms, or similar profiling technologies.

Our hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. We do not currently set non-essential cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking through the public site.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future that are not strictly necessary for basic website operation, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, obtain appropriate consent before doing so.

6. Purposes of processing

We may use personal data for the following purposes:

  • responding to enquiries, contact requests, and early-access requests;
  • communicating with you about TicketEarly during the private beta;
  • operating, maintaining, and securing the website and related systems;
  • detecting, preventing, and addressing misuse, abuse, or security issues;
  • complying with legal obligations and handling disputes where necessary;
  • improving the quality, reliability, and usability of TicketEarly, where appropriate.

7. Legal bases for processing (EU/EEA)

Where the GDPR or similar EU/EEA data-protection law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Steps at your request / pre-contractual measures, where you contact us or request early access and we need to respond or take steps before any potential service relationship.
  • Legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, and improving TicketEarly, communicating with interested users during private beta, and protecting our systems and rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Consent, where we are legally required to obtain your consent for a specific processing activity. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
  • Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to enquiries, manage early-access requests, maintain security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected. When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it where appropriate, unless longer retention is required or permitted by law.

9. Data recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data only where reasonably necessary with:

  • hosting, infrastructure, or technical service providers that help us operate the website and related systems;
  • professional advisers or authorities where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Where we use service providers to process personal data on our behalf, we require them to handle that data securely and only for authorised purposes, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where applicable.

10. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will take steps required by applicable data-protection law to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as using approved contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  • request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain circumstances;
  • request data portability where applicable;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ticketearly.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Cyprus, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

TicketEarly is not intentionally directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete that information where required.

14. Third-party links and services

Our website may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing personal data to them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices, the service, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
